It typically works with businesses with more than 10 years in operations, stable cash flow, a strong reputation, and teams that can operate with limited owner involvement. Many of TradWell’s brokerage clients are prior TradeWell Advisors clients. -
Each opportunity is reviewed for earnings quality, customer mix (low concentration), operational maturity (processes, team, licensing), growth/market dynamics, and transferability (how the business performs without the current owner). TradeWell brings select opportunities to market each year, focusing only on those that are truly ready (operationally and emotionally) to transition their business to a new owner.

No. You can join without prearranged financing. However, to advance on a specific deal, sellers typically expect evidence of funds or an SBA/ lender pre-qualification and a clear plan for equity, debt, and any seller financing.

No. Joining TradeWell’s buyer network is completely free, upon verification. If a buyer formally retains TradeWell as a buy-side advisor (coming soon) however, that service will be fee-based with terms defined in a separate engagement.

Most businesses represented by TradeWell fall within $250K–$1.5M in SDE. Valuations for trades businesses commonly range 2.5x–4.5x SDE, depending on earnings quality, team depth, customer diversity, and growth outlook. That puts typical enterprise values in the $1M–$6M range.

After expressing interest in a listing or shared opportunity, buyers will proceed through a structured process, including: introductory call with TradeWell Advisors, signed NDA, review of the confidential information memorandum (CIM), Q&A with seller, site visit, letter of intent (LOI), due diligence, and closing. Most transactions take 60–120 days from initial interest to completion.
